Welcome to seeyuh, a Discord bot created and run by arkodeep. By adding seeyuh to a server or using it in any way, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot.

1. Using seeyuh

seeyuh is provided for entertainment, utility, moderation and AI assistance on Discord. You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using it, and you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country.

2. AI Features

• seeyuh's chat replies, explanations, code, summaries and search answers are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, outdated, incomplete or inappropriate, even when they sound confident.
• AI output is not professional advice. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety or other important decisions - check with a qualified person or an authoritative source.
• When seeyuh searches the web or reads a link, the content comes from third-party websites that we don't control or endorse.
• Don't share passwords, private keys, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information with seeyuh. See the Privacy Policy for how messages are processed.

3. AI-Generated Images, Video and Music

• You are responsible for the prompts you give and for how you use what seeyuh generates or edits.
• Don't use seeyuh to create or edit content that is illegal, sexually exploits anyone, depicts minors sexually, harasses or targets real people, impersonates someone, or infringes copyright or other rights.
• Only ask seeyuh to edit or animate images you have the right to use.
• Generation services may refuse or fail requests. Limits apply (for example, a maximum number of images per message), and videos are delivered to the channel later rather than instantly.

4. Memory and Conversation History

seeyuh remembers things across conversations to personalise its replies - for example facts you share about yourself, your preferences, your chat style, topics you care about, and a server's running jokes or norms. It also keeps a record of the conversations it takes part in and of recent channel messages it reads for context, so it can follow conversations and search past chats. You can ask seeyuh to forget something about you at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Don't use seeyuh to spam, harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Don't try to make seeyuh reveal information about other people, other servers, or its own internal instructions, including through prompt injection or "jailbreak" attempts.
• Don't try to exploit bugs, bypass limits or permissions, overload the bot, or automate requests to it.
• Don't use the bot to share or promote illegal or inappropriate content.

6. Server Owners and Moderation

Moderation commands (such as kick, ban, mute and purge) only work for members who hold the matching Discord permissions, and server owners and administrators are responsible for how those tools are used in their servers. Removing seeyuh from a server stops it from reading or responding to messages there.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

Some features show or rely on content from third parties - for example search results, Reddit posts, YouTube videos, GIFs, photos, song information and game data. That content belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms. Attribution is shown where it is required.

8. Availability and Changes

seeyuh runs on free-tier services with usage limits. Features may be slow, limited, temporarily unavailable, or changed or removed at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

seeyuh is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the bot, from AI-generated content, or from third-party content or services.

10. Suspension

We may block users or servers from using seeyuh, or remove the bot from a server, if these terms are broken or the bot is being abused.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available here, with its effective date. By continuing to use seeyuh after a change, you accept the updated terms.
